Caseworker (£26,000) required, primarily out of the constituency office near Victoria, and alongside a Senior Caseworker.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering enquiries from constituents and progressing casework as required.
- Logging cases, monitoring progress, and ensuring data is held and processed in accordance with Regulations.
- Taking on adhoc research projects.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role would be required. Plenty of opportunity to be involved in Parliamentary life, given the location of the constituency office.
Parliamentary/Office Assistant (£22,000-£24,000) This is an entry-level position, based in Parliament. Duties will include responding to simple casework enquiries using PRU, diary admin, answering phones, opening post, and other administrative duties.
