The Bell Foundation is a Cambridge based educational charity working to overcome exclusion through language education and is delivering its vision through three strategic programmes.
The Foundation has a rewarding opportunity for a Policy and Programme Manager to work within a growing, dynamic team to develop and lead The Bell Foundation’s new programme to improve outcomes for adults and young people who are speakers of other languages in the UK.
You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the programme, initiating and managing partnerships, ensuring that learning and impact is maximised and managing research and evaluation. You will also be responsible for developing and influencing public policy, building on the learning from the programme. You will be a self-starter and a team player, able to drive the delivery of a programme and create partnerships that have the potential to deliver regional and national impact.
You will have significant experience of developing, delivering and managing new programmes with multiple stakeholders, ideally gained either within the third sector or in education, shaping policy and working with external partners, along with excellent organisational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
