Do you want to help us change the world of work? We are looking for a Research and Policy Manager to amplify the voice of working parents, to share real-world insights from UK workplaces, and to champion the changes that would help everyone in the UK meet their work and caring responsibilities.

This is a key role in our dynamic charity at a critical time for the flexible working agenda in the UK. You will work on organisation-wide research projects from inception to delivery, develop evidence-based policy recommendations and contribute to the charity’s influencing activity, helping ensure Working Families is positioned as the leading voice on families, work and work life balance.

This is a one year fixed-term contract.
