This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in supporting grass roots activism. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise a varied workload, supporting different groups throughout the UK with training and resources, as well as helping them network with each other.

We are seeking a Local Outreach Co-ordinator to join our team in a four day a week role. The main responsibilities include:

· Supporting the development of a strong grassroots movement against the arms trade;
· Working with people around the UK to help them identify and develop local campaigns;
· Creating training and resources to support people’s campaign and activism skills

Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) is a UK-based organisation working to end the international arms trade. CAAT is a collectively managed non heirarchical organisation, and are committed to non violence in our work. We are looking for someone who can take an inclusive and intersectional approach to organising, situating the arms trade in a broader understanding of anti militarist and social justice organising.
