The Applicant will be working with the CWEIC Conference Team to help develop the Programme for the Commonwealth Business Forum 2020. To be held in Kigali, Rwanda 2020. Applicants will work with the Director of Programmes to develop programme themes, identify global leaders in the subject and confirm their participation in the Forum. Applicants will also help to prepare briefing notes around the key forum themes, and contribute to the management of the conference.

Applicants should have good written skills and be confident on the phone. This role will offer an excellent opportunity to work with in fast moving organisation with a strong international focus. We are looking for applicants who can commit to a full-time role until the end of July 2018. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK and be available to travel internationally throughout June

The Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council is a UK-registered not-for-profit company with a mandate from Commonwealth Heads of Commonwealth Government to promote trade and investment across the 54-member nations of the Commonwealth. We are the Commonwealth’s business network and the place for public-private engagement across the Commonwealth.

In partnership with the Government of Rwanda, CWEIC is working to deliver a high-impact Commonwealth Business Forum 2020 in Kigali. The forum will connect 1500 business leaders from across the Commonwealth with Governments and Heads of Government of 54 countries.
