The Institute for Government is inviting applications for a senior researcher position (job reference: SRES2004). Senior researchers are responsible for helping to deliver Institute research projects, often leading the delivery of specific research projects under the supervision of programme directors.  We are looking to take on an ambitious and talented senior researcher to lead the production of a refreshed version of Whitehall Monitor – the Institute’s flagship data report which analyses the size, shape and performance of government. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping, developing and managing the next phase of the project, including responsibility for producing the annual report and for regular updates and comments during the year.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the Institute’s other programmes, particularly programmes with a strong data element.
