The NSPCC exists to prevent cruelty to children. We are looking for an exceptional Policy and Public Affairs Manager to help us shape law, policy and practice to ensure children in the UK can grow up free from abuse.

This is a key role in a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for areas of the NSPCC’s policy and public affairs work related to children’s social care, health, education and justice. Managing members of the team and working closely with senior leaders, the postholder will devise and deliver effective influencing strategies, strengthen our relationships with policymakers and make a significant contribution to keeping children safe.

The successful candidate will be passionate about preventing abuse and a skilled policy specialist with a strong track record in achieving change. An excellent communicator and effective network builder, they will pride themselves on producing high quality policy calls and public affairs strategies.
