You will support the delivery of client work in our PPA practice. This will involve working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners to advise clients on public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy. Flint’s clients want to understand, in detail, how they can build a long-term strategy to thrive in an evolving policy environment.

This is a junior role and will involve some more administrative, organisational and research tasks to support the client teams you work with. There will be opportunity to engage in substantive policy and political challenges, as well as significant scope for career progression through the company.

We are looking for high-achievers, from a diverse range of backgrounds. These could include candidates with experience working in the British Government (and agencies), Devolved Administrations, a political party, think-tank or a multilateral organisation, such as an EU institution.

We look for a high standard of academic achievement and candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience. In addition, you will have a strong track-record of sustained professional achievement.
