As a member of the integrated team who will deliver this programme of work you will also help to embed a service design approach into the team and across the sector. You will bring real and added value by teaching and coaching new methods and approaches to redesigning the homelessness system, using creativity to bring people along on the journey and enabling many types of stakeholder, including vulnerable groups, to contribute. You will lead the design and delivery a range of projects, from inception to implementation, that will improve the outcomes and experience of those at risk of homelessness or who are homeless in Newcastle.
