The junior consultant will assist the consultancy team to develop and deliver high-quality support services to our clients and support the team that delivers back-office support to community-led networks and movements through the Accountable programme. Our consultancy team delivers bespoke services to clients who are looking to increase their social impact. This includes but is not limited to: strategy development, governance, network development and management, research and evaluation, and training. We have recently accelerated the growth of this support to small unconstituted groups in the wake of the community-led responses to Covid-19 and are now in the place to scale and build out this support. We are looking for someone starting out their journey to ensure that these services are meeting the needs of our clients, community-led groups, and support the whole consultancy team and wider business.

The role would suit someone starting out or newly shifting their career in social impact with a passion and curiosity for the intricacies of how social change happens. This should be combined with attention to detail, good business sense, and collaborative nature to problem-solving with the team and our clients. The initial contract is for six months, but we hope to secure the place for the long term.
