This post is initially for 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days when Covid-19 restrictions are further lifted and face-to-face events are possible.

The post-holder will take responsibility, under the Executive Director, for Prospect Burma’s supporter relationships, working with the Communications and Programmes departments in the UK and Myanmar to deliver year on year growth in income from individuals. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing income generation from individuals.

We are seeking an engaging individual who thrives on building one-on-one relationships, stewarding existing donors, curating and producing distinctive events, and working very closely and collaboratively with a small team. Your experience to date will demonstrate the drive and vision to cultivate a large number of relationships in a creative way.

We are a small team of just five people in the UK office, and the successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of a varied workload and will be skilled in developing and implementing creative solutions to the many challenges of working in a small but very busy charity.
