Job Description
Redfield & Wilton Strategies is aiming to recruit an outstanding candidate to join our team as Deputy Head of Research. We are looking for an exceptional person who is bright, enthusiastic and shares our interest in seeking to understand and measure public opinion across ever-changing social, commercial and political environments.

This full-time role will involve working on every stage of the research process across our research projects in multiple countries––particularly in the United States, United Kingdom and across Europe. Topics covered include politics, economics, relations with China, environmental affairs, healthcare, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

You will work directly with the Head of Research to:

  • Assist in the management of all stages of the research process, from the drafting of questions to the presentation of final analysis
  • Research, analyse and collate polling research and trend data
  • Produce original research and analysis

  • Strong capabilities in writing and analysis
  • Experience in interpreting research data
  • Experience in managing others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest to work and interact with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and opinions
  • Dedication to producing high quality work and exceed expectations
  • Personable, committed and respectful
  • Background in polling or sociological research preferred; in lieu of this background, a grounding in history, politics, and statistics is welcome
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters’ Degree welcome, but not required
