This role will play a vital part in shaping and delivering Scope’s next phase of digital transformation.
The Role
You will be leading a team of 10 digital product, accessibility, and data specialists to ensure that Scope’s engagement opportunities with our customers and supporters is inclusive and optimised.
You’ll be playing the lead role in our Digital Gateway project, the first part of which is implementing a new enterprise CRM, ensuring that Scope has the right digital foundations upon which to build its future engagements.
You’ll also be shaping the direction of our digital services and products including exploring how to redevelop our online community, and supporting the digital inclusion team with the development of Scope’s accessibility consultancy service.
Permanent - 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
About you
You’ll be a digital native who understands the potential of and has a track record of creating digital experiences that make a difference to people’s lives.
You’ll have a solid technical understanding of how digital platforms work and how data can flow between them
You’ll have had experience working with large datasets and CRMs and have had experience delivering a large-scale CRM migration project within a complex organisation
You’ll know about accessibility standards and will understand how to create inclusive and accessible experiences
You’ll love data and be able to use your analytical mind to help bring clarity and focus to complex processes and challenges
You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to lead and motivate a team, influence and get buy in from the key stakeholders you’ll be working with, and convey a vision and progress towards that vision to all levels of the organisation, from your team to the board.
