Local Trust is seeking a new intern for a 6 month period to support the work of the Partnerships Team.

This is a 6 month fixed term position with a salary of £20,124p.a.  This position would usually be based at our London office in Borough, however, until further notice the successful applicant would be expected to work from home. 

The main purpose of the role is to help us develop and deliver our partnerships projects, with a particular focus on our work that focuses on digital inclusion. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Big Local Partnerships have been working out how to support local residents around access to devices, connectivity (data/wifi) and digital skills. We are developing partnerships with specialist organisations, such as The Good Things Foundation, Jangala, Reboot and Operation Wifi, so that Big Local areas have access to additional support in addressing the issues of digital exclusion through local action and taking part in national advocacy.
