The organisation

ImpactEd is an award-winning social enterprise that exists to help evaluate, understand and improve impact in education. We do this through a combination of hands-on partnership, training and consultancy, and our digital platform which makes monitoring and evaluation quicker, easier and more effective. We have two roles available to join our growing team.

Across both roles we are looking for understanding and experience of the UK education system, an interest in research and evaluation, and some prior experience of external partnership management.

Impact Partnerships Officer

We work with both schools and other education organisations such as charities and universities (our ‘impact partners’). This role is a new opportunity to manage our growing number of impact partnerships, working with a range of organisations aiming to improve the life chances of children. In particular, you will help our partners to develop their approaches to monitoring and evaluation, and conduct independent impact assessments of a number of educational programmes and interventions.

School Partnerships Officer

This role will work directly with our school partners, building close working relationships with teachers and school leaders. You will act as the first point of contact for your portfolio of schools and have responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of our partnership cycle, as well as contributing across the organisation as needed.
