Job Details
Are you a skilled research officer with a passion for improving communities? We’re looking for someone who combines precision with creativity and the ability to design, conduct and analyse research across a varied range of projects. You’ll be astute at understanding the needs of our clients and comfortable conducting interviews or focus groups. You’ll be part of a team working on projects UK-wide, so you’ll need to be well organised, a good listener and keen to contribute your ideas, engaging with external partners on a regular basis.
Right now, you are probably on your second job since graduating – this role needs someone who has undertaken quantitative and qualitative research within a recent job role – not just as part of studying. Our ideal candidate is someone with some knowledge of, or interest in, behaviour change and applying evidence to address social problems.
Social Engine is a behaviour change agency, a specialist in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Our work is varied and fast paced – seeking to tackle big challenges in society – from environmental protection to homelessness; ill health to social cohesion. Established in 2015 we have a reputation for delivering high quality research and initiatives that help improve lives and communities.
