Job Title: Associate Director/Senior Account Manager

Are you a politically engaged Associate Director looking for a new challenge or a Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career? Then MPC has an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual who has a background in public affairs, politics, communications and/or public consultation and a keen interest in the built environment and property sector. We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have a sound political knowledge of Birmingham and the wider West Midlands Combined Authority area although this is not essential.
About the job
As an Associate Director we would expect you to:
• Have strategic oversight on projects and new business leads, support Directors and manage Account Managers and Executives.
• Be articulate, with sound written and inter-personal skills
• Have a client centric attitude that prizes accessibility, responsiveness and quality.
• Have strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage your workload on multiple projects.
• Demonstrate drive, proactivity and innovative thinking.
