The Head of my Office is returning to professional social work after 5 years with me.
I need someone who has a track record in managing staff and complex casework in the most diverse constituency in Wales.
You will need a good grasp of the responsibilities of members of the Welsh Parliament and the challenges of continuing to deliver an excellent service to constituents in the midst of a public health emergency.
You need to be a great communicator, and have excellent organisational skills.
