About the role
The ICO is currently recruiting a Lead Policy Officer (International). This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.  A secondment would also be considered.

This post is located in the ICO’s Regulatory Strategy (International) department. In this role you will be making a positive difference to information rights at the national and international levels.
In an increasingly digital world, the responsible use of personal data is an issue which transcends national borders. As such, to effectively protect the UK public’s personal information in this digital global environment, the ICO cooperates and acts internationally, and recognises the need to be agile in an ever-changing world.
