To deliver greater connection to and involvement in the Lib Dems from currently under represented minorities as defined in the Equalities Act in the West Country, so securing a more diverse number of Lib Dem MPs, Council Leaders, Council Cabinet Members and Committee Chairs, Councillors, internal Party Office bearers at all levels, activists and members. Supporting the Campaign Managers and Lib Dem regional and local leaders to build support and electoral victories in areas of high diversity.
