Role: The Research Manager (RM) is responsible for leading strategic research initiatives and programs while mentoring other team members and sharing knowledge and experience. The RM will manage all stages of the market research process from study design, through fieldwork, to final delivery. The RM must combine strong program and project management standards with research expertise to ensure successful execution of projects that are in scope, on schedule and on budget, and meet the needs and exceed the expectations of your clients

This role would suite an experienced Senior Research Executive looking for the next move or an established Research Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity

Qualifications: Our successful candidate will have a passion for research and the ability to clearly translate their experience into data analysis and story telling capabilities. They will be a team-player with a positive can-do attitude and be willing to hit the ground running

• Experience executing quantitative research studies (hands-on with data, managing survey from design through reporting)
• Experience executing qualitative research (designing research programs, writing discussion guides and moderating focus groups or in-depth interviews, robust qualitative analysis and reporting)
• Experience developing research plans and approaches to help solve clients’ most critical challenges
• Solid communication, writing and presentation skills; commitment to quality and creativity
• Superior analytical capabilities; detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
• Interest and ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations for clients
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage full life-cycle of projects
• Direct people management experience with strong desire and ability to lead teams
• Excellent oral and written communication, including strong client facing presence
• Exceptional team building and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Language skills, in particular Arabic, would be an asset but are not essential
