Job Title: Policy and Campaigns Officer - Wales
Working For: The National Deaf Children's Society, a client of Webrecruit
Location: Home based (Wales)
Salary: £25,696 - £30,428 per annum
Would you like to help create a world without barriers for deaf children and young people? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to support our policy and campaigns work and help us make a real difference in Wales.
The successful candidate will help to call for policy developments in Wales to meet the needs of young deaf people and will also be involved in proactive campaigns. You’ll be passionate about making a difference and consulting with deaf children, young people and their families.
The successful candidate will have the ability to think creatively as well as great communication and research skills. Knowledge or experience of political systems and structures in Wales is also required.
We have a strong record of campaigning success in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us and support our work to safeguard and improve vital services for deaf children.
