We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual who is willing to work closely with our residents and their communities and ready to support them as Homes for Lambeth (HFL) build more and better homes across Lambeth.

The post holder will report to the Communications and Engagement Lead and work with HFL colleagues and relevant stakeholders. Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience and a career path of working in housing, communications and digital settings. You may have expertise in writing press releases, developing communication activities, creating engaging content and experience of working in a fast-paced working environment.

You will enjoy the challenge of working closely with our stakeholders, both externally and internally, presenting and sharing new ideas and enhancing the companies publicity. You will have responsibility for developing a range of engagement activities which you will co-ordinate, deliver and report upon within a framework of outcomes for our stakeholders.

The role will be suitable for an individual with great interpersonal skills and ready to work under pressure. The role will offer flexibility and occasionally require working out of the ordinary hours.
