This exciting role will support the coordination of Women’s Aid’s new national campaign on the impacts of domestic abuse on mental health of survivors and their experiences of trauma, ensuring that the campaign centres the most marginalised voices. This post will be part of Women’s Aid’s busy and dynamic Campaigns and Policy team, playing an important role in our wider campaigns, policy and public affairs work.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
To provide support and coordination for Women’s Aid’s new national campaign on the impacts of domestic abuse on mental health of survivors and their experiences of trauma, ensuring that the campaign centres the most marginalised voices.
To support the development and delivery of campaigns and policy work, including: research, development and campaign planning; organising events, meetings and engagement with survivors, member services and other partners; developing communications materials, reports and policy briefings on the campaign; and undertaking other administrative duties to support the wider work of the busy Campaigns and Policy team, as required.
