Job Details

Labour leader Keir Starmer’s Holborn & St Pancras Constituency Labour Party is looking for a constituency organiser who will be based in our office near King’s Cross with the option, during the pandemic, to work from home. With Mayoral and London Assembly elections in 2021 and Camden Borough elections in 2022, this role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to organise and build influential local campaigns. We have almost 4,200 members and are a well-organised and ambitious CLP.

You will be a dynamic person with political nous who knows how to campaign both digitally and face-to-face. You will be good with people and a self-starter, with the admin skills to manage our large membership and work with our officers. You will also be able to work with, and train, our other volunteers and most importantly know how to connect with our diverse communities. We would like to hear from you if you have these skills, even if you have not worked as a Labour constituency organiser before. You might be someone who wants to build up their organising career within the Labour Party regionally or nationally, or who wants to develop knowledge of the work Labour representatives at all levels do. The post will require working outside of normal hours in order to lead campaign sessions and attend local meetings.
