Are you passionate about shaping a fairer future? We are looking for a self-starting, enthusiastic and experienced Advocacy and Communications Lead to help drive the Institute for the Future of Work’s mission to shape a better future of work.

IFOW has a track record of rigorous and authoritative research. In 2021 we want to translate that into real change and make IFOW the go-to voice in the debate around the future of work. Reporting directly to the Institute's Director this is an opportunity to shape a growing organisation that has real impact. You will help frame our mission with clear and compelling messaging that builds on our reputation and helps us lead the public conversation around the future of work. You will be able to translate research into timely, compelling and actionable recommendations. You will be persuasive, have great political antennae and be able to bring together decision makers and build consensus around ideas. And you will be a brilliant communicator who makes our reports cut through, our social media come alive, and our stories catch the public's imagination.
