Salary: £23,500-£35,000 per annum plus £2000 London weighting. (It is our usual practice to offer toward the bottom of the salary band.)

Job Details

The Employer Relations and Business Development Officer is a key role within the organisation, working closely with the SMF’s employer partners, securing opportunities for the young people we support and being the first point of contact for employers interested in the SMFs work, including the Social Mobility Employer Index. The Employer Relations and Business Development Officer reports into the Senior Employer Relations Officer and sits in the Employer Relations and Business Development team.
