This is an 11-month programme and 5 positions are available. Each participant will develop themselves and their skills and knowledge through work experience attached to the five work areas in Runnymede: policy, communications, operations, partnerships and research.

You are not required to have a degree, nor to come from any particular class or ethnic background. You may be thinking of a career change, you may be returning to the labour market after a long absence, or, you may indeed be a graduate. You will need to be passionate about Runnymede’s work and be able to work with a high degree of flexibility, responsibility and autonomy. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work remotely if needed.

We can accept applications from anywhere in the UK.

This is a full time position, meaning 35 hours per week, but we are open to those who want to job share, on a pro rata basis.
