Job Title: Programme Coordinator / Lead Researcher
Working For: Inclusive Boards
Salary: £25- 30,000 & £30-35,000
Inclusive Boards is looking to appoint a resilient, and capable Programme Coordinator to join our team. This role will sit between Inclusive Boards Campaigns Team and our not-for-profit arm Inclusive Campaigns CIC.
The role will be working within the Campaigns team to support the implementation and delivery of our Executive Leadership Programme(s), Women in Leadership virtual events and provide ad hoc support on wider Campaigns projects. You will be responsible for programme design and development which will include curriculum development, identifying and liaising with speakers, research, and engaging external suppliers. The post will also include promotion of programmes through email marketing, phone calls, social media.
The role may include additional administrative support on Campaigns initiatives such as the Inclusive Finance project.
This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension.
Inclusive Boards is looking to appoint a diligent, focused and driven Lead Researcher to join our team on a short-term, project specific basis. This position is a key role within an exciting new project will sit within our not-for-profit arm (Inclusive Campaigns).
The postholder will be responsible for driving the research portion of the project. They will conduct a literature review, and work with external partners to develop polls, surveys and focus groups.
Based on the data received through the consultation process the postholder will produce a report with the findings. The successful applicant will be a key part of the project team, leading a small team of Research Associates and Data Analysts.
This role is project specific and is a short term fixed contract of four months.
