As a Senior Business Enabler, you’ll make sure we have the right resources for today, while helping us prepare for tomorrow. It means you’ll deliver projects, define strategies and support teams to make critical business decisions to help move the organisation forward. And with innovative thinking, you’ll help us solve unique challenges and improve our processes. As part of this, you’ll communicate with people from all departments within the organisation to have a huge impact across the entire business.

To join, you don’t need a degree or to have worked in the public sector. But you do need to be an experienced manager. While you’ll have developed your own inclusive management style, you’ll be willing to learn, adapt and involve others with your decision making. Importantly, you’ll need to enjoy creating great relationships with people and inspiring others to always do their best. You’ll be enthusiastic to help coach and mentor others, developing them and yourself.

Typically, your first role will last between two and three years and if based in London could be in a wide range of corporate areas, such as compliance, business continuity, corporate services or our legal branch. In Cheltenham, you could expect to be working across corporate services in departments such as commercial, audit or finance.
