The strength of our network, or hive, can make a big difference to our life chances. inHive exists to ensure every young person can make the most of their hive, no matter where they come from. We are a specialist team of network builders, working with partners across the world to strengthen young people’s access to strong networks and relatable role models.

We are looking for someone:

• who is passionate about networks to join our small team.
• who loves building relationships, working across different cultures and contexts, and co-creating ideas and initiatives.
• who enjoys complex project management and leadership responsibility and would relish the chance to grow a team and external presence of the organisation.
• who either has experience in designing and managing networks, or in a community building or community weaving role, or has had a lead role in partnership brokering.
