The Center for Countering Digital Hate is a non-profit organisation with offices in London and Washington DC that analyses and actively disrupts the architecture of online hate and misinformation. We do this by exposing individuals and networks behind online hate and misinformation; introducing costs (financial, professional and reputational) for those seeking to spread hate and misinformation; and providing public advice to stop their spread online.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our London office at a time of rapid growth for CCDH. This role will be instrumental in transforming us into a sustainable organisation with clear systems and processes across our US and UK teams; driving progress against our key commitments and targets; and freeing our CEO from all operational management so he can focus on strategy, fundraising and the organisation’s public profile.

The successful candidate will be a pivotal figure in an organisation delivering in a high stakes, high pressure environment, you will be able to quickly gain the confidence of our staff, funders and wider stakeholders. You will be a leader with demonstrated integrity and resilience. You will possess a broad skill set and experience of finance, project management, change management and staff recruitment, progression and retention. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right systems are in place to underpin our growth, and will ensure projects are delivered strategically and in line with our organisational objectives. As a highly-motivated self-starter you will be able to deliver operational excellence and organisational transformation across our teams in the US and UK and ensure we have the right processes and culture to enable our talented people to do the best work of their careers at CCDH.
