We are recruiting for a Young Trustees Movement Programme Coordinator to support the growth and engagement with the movements online platforms and social media channels, alongside building and supporting a network of Young Trustees Movement Champions and Ambassadors. You will also have a significant role in creating external communications and carrying out administrative tasks. This is a varied role and will suit someone curious to learn and develop a range of new skills in an agile and friendly team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on increasing engagement on digital hub platform (Mighty Networks) and social media.
- Create content for the website, digital hub and social media including interviews and other blogs.
- Be the first point of contact for the Young Trustee Movement.
- Manage the website, uploading weekly content.
- Support with other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and events.
This role will be suitable for someone:
- Passionate about inclusion
- Can communicate in a way that is simple and engaging.
- Has experience of, or is comfortable learning how to use various platforms including Zoom, Mighty Networks, HubSpot, Trello, Typeform, Hootsuite, WordPress.
- Is curious about the Movement and learning how charities can better serve their mission (we don’t expect you to know it all already!)
- Is comfortable managing multiple project areas and using project management systems to organise tasks
- Can balance multiple workstreams, multiple deadlines and a wide range of tasks.
- Who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Has experience of volunteering for a charity (in any capacity).
We welcome experience in these areas from work settings, volunteering, studying or other relevant personal experiences.
In carrying out these duties the post holder will:

- Actively participate in appraisals, team meetings and meeting self-development needs
- Undertake any other duties necessary to this post as reasonably required
