The Patchwork Foundation is a charity that works closely with politicians, political parties, Civil Service and other elements of Civil Society. We seek to help young people engage with our democracy and civil society to make positive change.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our small yet dynamic team as an Executive Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to support the Chief Executive Officer and wider team by leading on administrative processes and procedures, supporting with some operational delivery and assisting the Foundation’s CEO with fundraising efforts. The role will provide support to the staff team and lead work in terms of organisation and administration.

We are looking for individuals who are:
• Proactive leaners who show a keen willingness to develop.
• Creative and innovative individuals with a flare and passion for the Charity’s mission.
• Looking to be challenged through exposure to new experiences.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to their appointment, which the Foundation will arrange.
