Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated team player and project manager who can knuckle down and deliver a strategy; using the media, public policy, and thought leadership to carve out share of voice for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the smooth functioning of client accounts and teams
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders across public policy, corporate communications, campaign strategy, reputation management, strategic content development, corporate narrative development and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop close client relationships, lead external client meetings and act as the first point of contact across several client accounts
  • Supervise the delivery of client work on multiple accounts
  • Support end-to-end delivery of campaigns
  • Lead and coach junior team members to support their professional development and improve the overall quality of work and efficiency
  • Have a good commercial awareness, including the willingness to identify potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader new business leads
  • Draft strategic, high-quality briefing documents, multi-touchpoint communication plans, content plans, narratives, messaging and positioning for clients.
  • Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving

Requirements:

  • The role requires excellent political knowledge and judgement, an understanding of parliamentary process and procedure, an eye for detail, excellent written English, good judgement and a can-do mindset.
  • This will be an active client-facing role, so the successful candidate must also have a proven track record of advising senior executives, politicians or decision-makers in previous roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ agency work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of and a passion for UK politics, with a demonstrable understanding of their impact on business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
