An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to promote renewable energy

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and talented Marketing Executive to help us promote the work we do in renewable energy. Reporting to REA’s PR and Communications Manager you will work with both REA and its subsidiary company REAL. If you think you have the initiative and resourcefulness to fill this role, working across two different teams, please do get in touch.

The key responsibilities of the role are to help implement our marketing strategy by:

• ensuring the respective strengths and purposes of REA and REAL are well understood;
• planning and delivering an active and coherent social media and online presence;
• reaching target audiences by proactive placing of press releases, blogs, opinion pieces, news stories and through other communication channels.

Essential requirements for the role include:

• education to degree or equivalent level;
• two years’ experience in a similar role;
• knowledge and expertise in developing and executing social media strategies.

Desirable requirements for the role include:

• an understanding of the role of renewable energy in meeting the UK’s Net Zero targets;
• established media contacts;
• availability to work in central London.
