As a Field Organiser, you will be a natural relationship builder, assisting local party campaign managers to the point that they actively seek your advice on their campaigns. You will be passionate about elections and people in order to succeed in this role. And you will be strongly motivated by investing inothers in order to help them achieve their goals.
