Job Details

The International Centre for Government Excellence (ICGE) seeks an experienced Training Producer to research, prepare and produce executive training programmes for the public, private and third sector markets, both nationally and internationally.

ICGE provides professional development training to civil servants and public officials from all over the world, through online courses, blended learning and training programmes. As a new business, we have ambitious growth targets and seek an energetic and driven individual who is able to research, write and produce executive training programmes, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. This role will be split between our international and UK training divisions.

The primary responsibilities of the Programme Manager include:

- Conduct in-depth research and build knowledge for new training topics and markets to target
- Produce innovative sector-leading training courses
- Design a curricula for existing and new training offerings
- Produce market-leading training programmes across a range of subject areas for Executive Education and government/public policy training
- Recruit and liaise with high-calibre trainers and speakers for our training programmes
- Meet product generation and launch targets
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to produce suitable content and copy for the market

Desired skills and experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy or a related topic
- 2 years’ experience in writing/producing training or professional development programmes
- Sound knowledge of public sector organisations, both nationally and internationally
- Proven research skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational, logistical, and time-management skills
- A positive, proactive, solutions-driven mindset
