Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Dealing with and promptly resolving casework on behalf of constituents.
• Gathering relevant information to assist with resolving cases.
• Dealing with queries from members of the public by telephone and email.
• Attending constituency meetings and surgeries as appropriate and representing MP when necessary.
• Logging all cases; monitoring progress and ensuring all identified actions are taken.
• Assisting the office with other outreach, social media, or strategic projects as required.

This role requires a presence in the constituency office, in North East Derbyshire. 

Must be sympathetic to the Conservative Party’s values.
