To be responsible for creating, reviewing, developing and rolling out a programme-wide youth leadership theory, creating training plans and resources to track the leadership journey of young people within our programmes and beyond.

Work with the Programme Officer (Membership) to ensure that current and potential member organisations are aware of our youth leadership offer with a view to increasing and diversifying the organisations and individuals who engage with our work and programmes.

To be responsible for the leadership journey of young people within our programmes, ensuring we are achieving the best possible outcomes for all young people engaged in our work. This includes developing a leadership theory for our programmes and establishing an evaluation and impact framework for use across our work to demonstrate the impact of our leadership programmes with a focus on continuous learning to improve outcomes for young people.
