About Accountable:
In 2020 we set up a CIC called the Social Change Nest, which aims to remove the structural barriers for social movements and networks for change, providing a way for agile, strategic and effective granting for them.

Who we’re looking for:
The Partnership Manager will be at the forefront of both nurturing our existing relationships, proactively seeking out new opportunities for partnerships, and managing these relationships start to finish.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Account management – 40 %

• Manage several partner accounts, working directly with them to understand their needs and help them through queries.
• Monthly 1-1 meetings with clients to build relationships
• Liaise with funders on behalf of our partners when working through new contracts, through fund reporting, and any needs that arise during their grant period
• Track grant budgets and support partners with fund management
• Work with the Director of Operations to ensure partner’s contractual obligations are met
• Nurture relationships to help build positive, long-term partnerships

Support Accountable’s growth and business development – 40%

• Build relationships across the sector to develop new partnership opportunities
• Support the Senior Management Team and Programme Manager to identify new opportunities to develop and deliver Accountable’s strategy
• Liaise with prospect partners, helping them understand who we are and what we stand for
• Occasionally support with writing bids and grant applications

Help shape the development of Accountable – 10%

• Work across the team to input on how Accountable can continue to improve and innovate. You will bring the key perspective from the partners and support with providing feedback on their experience and needs
• This will also involve collaboration with the marketing team as we continue to improve on our marketing strategy to reach new partnerships

Support the SCA and SCN team – 10%
