Length of Contract: 3 years, open to renewal

Job Details

Inc Arts is a national and regional collective that champions the creative, economic and contractual rights of the UK’s Black, Asian and ethnically diverse workforce. We work collaboratively across the cultural and creative sector, creating peer-led solutions to redress the under-representation and lack of diversity within the UK’s arts sector.  We do this through research and advocacy, creating bespoke Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) solutions to arts organisations, and by providing a network of advice, support and fellowship to the diverse arts workforce, across all art forms and seniority, and throughout the UK.

We are hiring for 3 positions:

1. Projects Officer (Part-time) - £24-34k DOE

We are looking for a Projects Officer to support the development and execution of our exciting project work across our Research, Advocacy, and Networking and Fellowship work streams. We are looking for someone with experience and passion for working within the arts and creative industries as well as for advocacy work, with an ability to grasp and carry out both the creative and organisational aspects of project work

2. Project Manager (Full or part time) £30-38k DOE

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, organised and passionate Project Manager to lead on campaigns and projects delivery for Inc Arts. The Project Manager will manage and deliver Inc Arts projects, which span across our Research, Advocacy, Networking and Fellowship work streams.

3. Digital Content Manager (Full or part time) £30-38k DOE

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager responsible for communicating our vision, mission and objectives in a transparent, clear and exciting way. Through creating, managing and scheduling our content and campaigns you will help us to grow our reach and profile of Inc Arts. We are peer-centred, which means our messaging has the ethnically diverse cohort at the heart of all we do and say.

Inc Arts UK is part of the UK’s arts and cultural sector, where ethnic diversity is under-represented at all levels. As our mission is to build an inclusive workforce and society, we welcome applications from all areas of the arts and culture community, and in particular from applicants of ethnically diverse heritage.

Inc Arts is a remote team, working across the UK.
