We are seeking a Consultant who wants to gain experience in public affairs, marketing, public relations and community engagement, and has an interest in the development sector. We lead on community, political and press engagement to shape attitudes, generate development support and secure planning permission. We work alongside private and public sector clients delivering strategic property and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.

With the aspiration of a career in communications and public relations your role will be to assist the senior team in researching and developing project strategy, delivering multi-channel engagement and events, producing engaging and interactive content for traditional and social media, and to engage directly with a wide audience of political and community stakeholders.

Our ideal colleague will be educated to degree level; be highly organised and flexible; an exceptional face-to-face communicator with excellent writing ability. A passion for the built environment and knowledge of the Planning system and local government is important but not essential; and any previous consultancy and Midlands political experience is desirable.
