The Ealing Labour Party is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative Borough-wide Organiser.

With a new and ambitious Ealing Labour leadership team heading into local elections in May 2022, this is a key role at an exciting time for the local Party.

You will be an integral part of the Ealing Labour team, responsible for front line campaigning across the borough and liaising with the Labour Group, London Regional Labour Party, Ealing MPs, Assembly Member and the Local Campaign Forum.

We are looking for someone with the energy, experience and skills to:

  1. Drive Ealing Labour’s campaign towards the 2022 local elections, including assisting with messaging, literature and targeting campaigns.
  2. Organise fundraisers, look for opportunities to fundraise and manage a campaign budget.
  3. Support and train local members to win for Labour in Ealing in 2022 and beyond.

This is a fixed term contract until June 2022, with a good possibility of renewal.

This is a varied role and will suit an ambitious on-the-ground campaigner.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and able to work independently, while being flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and manage conflicting priorities.
