We are looking for an experienced and passionate Campaigns Manager to lead the development and delivery of our campaigns.

We are looking for candidates with a record of successfully developing and implementing both online and offline national campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with sound political judgement, with the ability to take the initiative and knowledge of the key political issues facing the UK and EU.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications, the Campaigns Manager will Project Manage the European Movement UK's campaigns, contributing to strategic objectives that include:

• Creatively manage our campaigns, generating campaign ideas and developing plans in line with the campaign and organisational strategy.
• Coordinate and deliver activity in the plans using a diverse range of campaigning methods and activities at the right time to create change.
• Lead the growth and development of European Movement UK campaigns operations, including taking a lead on our list growth strategy to effectively build an engaged supporter base.
