Overview of the role

As one of four people on the Form Ventures team, you'll be pivotal in building Form into a leading venture capital business, working alongside the two Partners and the Principal - Investment. Form is unique outside of the US - we invest in startups, then work with our portfolio companies to navigate through regulatory and policy related risks & opportunities. We will invest in 25-30 pre-seed and seed stage UK based startups over the next 3 years.

This role is at the heart of our work with the portfolio: you will ensure that Form is effectively adding value to the startups we back. But you will also identify trends and issues that could create new investment opportunities and help us assess the startups we meet. In both cases this means maintaining a view of policy and regulatory changes, seeing issues and opportunities emerging on the horizon, and understanding what they mean for early stage tech companies. Unlike any other policy-focused role, you will be exposed to all stages of the venture investment process, and help to build a venture fund business from the ground up.
