Our client, leading public affairs consultancy with offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, Paris, are recruiting for a Consultant/ Senior Consultant/ Account Director to join their award winning team. They are looking for exceptional candidates who would enjoy working with leading businesses to solve problems and collaborate creatively with a passionate and fun team.

The successful candidates will have:

• Relevant public affairs, parliamentary, political or communications position, ideally with some agency experience
• Good capability to take on a leading client-facing role
• An ability to work at pace, prioritise tasks, delegate where necessary, and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
• Demonstrable interest or active involvement in politics and current affairs
• Confidence as a communicator, with the ability to understand and grasp detail, and to clearly understand the impact of policy and regulatory decisions
• An ability to get on well with others, and a willingness to ‘get stuck in’
• An enthusiasm to contribute to new business initiatives, including identifying potential leads and contributing to pitches and proposals, and ideally some experience of doing so
• A preparedness to contribute to the overall running of the business where required, for example by taking on line management responsibilities
