Keeble Brown takes on talented interns who want to develop PR, media & communications skills, tackle some big projects, and work with a variety of clients and staff. You should be looking to make a positive impact on Keeble Brown and learn as much as you can from being immersed in the world of media relations, event & stakeholder management.

As a Communications Intern, you will:
• Help to draft a range of written communications materials, such as press releases, briefing notes, blogs and newsletters
• Research and monitor a range of media activity to inform client briefings and reports
• Manage social media accounts and incorporate into a PR campaign
• Provide admin support to the team, including dealing with day-to-day enquiries
• Attend and support the running of client events, including helping to draft supporting materials such as briefings, agendas and minutes
• Share and explore creative ideas with the team
• Building on your knowledge and understanding
• Play an active role in helping the company to secure new business and grow

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong interest in and understanding of the UK political and media landscape
• Be a team player with a positive attitude, willing to pitch in and help colleagues when required
• Have excellent attention to detail, including organisational and time management skills and a good telephone manner
• Possess exceptional written communication skills, with a strong grasp of the English language
• Possess strong IT skills, ideally with previous experience of Microsoft 365, WordPress and video conferencing software
• Be able to attend face-to-face meetings, client sites and coworking spaces across London and the South-East

Please note: We expect to be working remotely as a team for the duration of the internship, with weekly travel to a London-based office and site visits across South East England. Interviews will be conducted using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
