At Get Further we’re passionate about reducing educational inequality and increasing social mobility. We support young people to get back on track in education and increase their career options by providing innovative catch-up tuition to students who missed out on gateway English and maths GCSEs at school. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Programme Coordinator to work full time as part of our Programmes Team and who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our tuition programmes across colleges in the Norwich, Leeds or London areas.

As a Programme Coordinator you will be supported by our programme managers, building positive relationships with tutors, students and lead-teachers in your region. You will act as their main point of contact and work together to deliver our programmes as effectively as possible so that the students we work with have the best chance of achieving the GCSE grades they need. You will have the chance to build your knowledge and experience of the education and charity sectors whilst also building transferable skills in communication, relationship management, plus data and performance management.

As a new education start-up, Get Further is a small team with big ambitions. As part of the team you will be involved in developing the charity to reach our targets over the coming years. You will be able to take a leading role on projects and see first-hand the impact of your work. Get Further is committed to the quality of the roles we offer. We support a blended working model. This role will involve a mix of home and office working with some travel to our partner colleges in your region. Duties will be tailored to meet the learning objectives of the successful candidate.
