About the Fair Education Alliance
The Fair Education Alliance (FEA) is England’s largest education coalition. They unite nearly 250 member organisations under a shared vision that no child’s educational success is limited by their socio-economic background. Their members (youth organisations, charities and social enterprises, research organisations and think tanks, businesses and foundations, unions, universities and schools) are working together to achieve an inclusive education system that works for all children and young people.
About the role
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who loves digital communications, working with diverse stakeholders and bringing people together to collaborate. You will have a wide-reaching impact on our member organisations and the young people they work with who are most in need of support. Since launching our strategy in 2019, our team has grown to 11 diverse, passionate people who are united by a drive to tackle educational inequality together, and grow professionally and personally along the way.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have the skills and flare to create and implement the FEA’s communication strategy, which is key to our work with members and the wider sector. They will be passionate about bringing diverse people together to create long-lasting change in the education system. Additionally, they will have a strong track record of project and relationship management and excellent problem-solving skills.
